Billy Mole
Managing Director & Co-Founder
Billy Mole is the Managing Director of Boostflow, with over 10 years of marketing and business development experience. Before founding Boostflow, Billy held a management role overseeing marketing efforts for multiple dealerships within one of Canada’s largest automotive groups. Through his strategic vision and leadership, he transformed the group's approach to business development, establishing a thriving center that drove measurable growth.
In 2018, Billy co-founded Boostflow with a mission to help businesses navigate the complexities of digital marketing and web design. Since then, he has led the agency’s growth into a trusted partner for businesses seeking innovative and ROI-driven solutions. His expertise and dedication have resulted in lasting client relationships across Canada and internationally.
Billy’s approach focuses on delivering personalized digital strategies that meet each client’s unique goals. D'Andre Smith
Strategic Advisor & Co-Founder
D’Andre is a co-founder of Boostflow, where he spent over 6 years working full-time, overseeing operations, product development, and the strategic direction of the company. Since setting out in 2018 to transform the way people shop locally, D’Andre has led impactful projects that have greatly benefited Canadian business communities. His efforts helped Boostflow expand its feature offerings, enabling thousands of customers to shop online from their favourite local restaurants and retailers.
Though D'Andre has stepped back from day-to-day operations, he continues to support Boostflow as a Strategic Advisor, offering high-level guidance to ensure the company remains innovative and aligned with its long-term goals.
His ongoing insights and expertise continue to shape Boostflow’s growth, and he remains committed to its long-term success as a leader in digital marketing and web design.
Loki
Chief Barketing Officer
Since his puppy days, Loki has been the heart and soul of our office, bringing enthusiasm and joy to the team. As our Chief Barketing Officer, he greets visitors with his signature tail wag and ensures that everyone stays cheerful throughout the day. Whether he’s offering moral support during meetings or reminding us all to take a break with a game of fetch, Loki’s presence is a constant source of positive energy.
Loki is more than just a friendly face – he’s a symbol of the balance between work and play, and a reminder that a little lightheartedness goes a long way in fostering a positive environment. His presence makes every day brighter, and we’re incredibly lucky to have him as a key member of our team.
